Welcome to The Burlington Bean. By accessing our website, purchasing our merchandise, or booking our guest house, you agree to the following terms.

The Cafe & Menus

Menu Accuracy: We do our best to keep our online menus up to date, but prices and item availability are subject to change without notice. The price listed in the cafe at the time of purchase is final.
Allergies: While we list major ingredients, we cannot guarantee an environment 100% free of allergens (nuts, dairy, gluten, etc.). Please inform our staff of any allergies before ordering.

Payments: We accept Cash, Credit Cards, Gift Cards (purchased in-store or on our online platform. All payments are processed securely.
Shipping: We aim to ship orders within 3 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns: Unused and unwashed merchandise can be returned within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Perishable items (like bags of coffee beans) are [non-refundable/refundable only if sealed].

Bookings: If you book via our website link to Airbnb, you are subject to Airbnb’s Terms of Service and Cancellation Policies.
Direct Bookings: (If applicable) A valid ID and credit card are required at check-in. Guests must follow our "House Rules" (e.g., no smoking, quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM).
Liability: We are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items during your stay in the guest house or visit to the cafe.
Redirect: Once you click "Book on Airbnb," our liability for the booking process ends and Airbnb's begins.

Eligibility: You must be 15+ to join.
Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the rewards program, point values, or specific offers at any time without prior notice. Points have no cash value.

Ownership of Content: All content featured on this website - including but not limited to the The Burlington Bean and Guest House logo, custom merchandise designs, menus, website layout, and original photography of our premises - is the exclusive intellectual property of The Burlington Bean and Guest House. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or "mirroring" of our brand assets for commercial use is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

Consumption of Products: You acknowledge that our beverages and food items are served at high temperatures and may contain allergens. By purchasing our products, you agree to exercise reasonable care when handling and consuming them. The Burlington Bean and Guest House is not liable for any injuries, such as burns or allergic reactions, resulting from the mishandling of products or failure to notify staff of dietary restrictions at the time of order.

External Booking Platforms: Our website may provide links to third-party hosting platforms, such as Airbnb, for guest house reservations. Please be advised that once you leave our website to complete a booking, you are subject to the terms of service, privacy policies, and cancellation rules of that third party. The Burlington Bean and Guest House does not control and is not responsible for the booking process, payment security, or dispute resolution on external platforms.

License to Use: When you post a review or tag us in a photo on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use that content for marketing purposes on our website or social channels.
Moderation: We reserve the right to remove any reviews or comments that are offensive, spammy, or unrelated to our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Burlington Bean shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or lodging.
